NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING.

  • Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to legal Maryland residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lovell’s Nursery and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

  • Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted in-store during standard business hours starting Friday, September 11, 2026 through Sunday, September 13, 2026.

  • Entry Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per visitor, per day. Valid entries must be completed in-person at Lovell’s Nursery during regular business hours. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities, registrations, or any other method will void all of that participant’s entries.

  • Prizes & Odds: A total of three (3) separate prizes will be awarded. There are 3 chances to win from a total poll of $250 in prizes: One (1) Gift basket containing merchandise with a retail value of $100 plus a $50 Lovell’s Nursery Gift Card and two (2) separate $50 Lovell’s Nursery Gift cards. Limit one (1) prize per person. If a participant’s name is drawn a second time, that entry will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Drawing & Notification: Winners will be selected at random on Monday, September 14, 2026. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win. Lovell’s nursery will notify winners via the phone number or email address provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • General Conditions: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Names, phone numbers, and emails provided for the giveaway will not be sold or shared, other than to announce the names of the winners. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Lovell’s Nursery, which are final and binding in all matters. Void where prohibited.
